Rituparna Mohanty, Co-Founder and COO of WinDNA, leads operational strategy, product innovation, and compliance in preventive genomics, AI-based wellness platforms, and DNA-based diagnostics. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and began her career as an Associate Professor at Terna Engineering College, Navi Mumbai, mentoring students in advanced computing and systems thinking.

With over 12 years of academic and technical leadership, Rituparna has pioneered AI-integrated health engagement platforms, nutraceutical and microbiome solutions, and ethical implementation of genetic testing under the DPDP Act. She designed WinSkill, an education vertical delivering nutrigenomics and preventive health certifications in collaboration with universities.
