The process involves using a kit we send to collect a saliva sample. After following the instructions in the video, you can send the sample back to us for analysis.
No, We do not prescribe any medication or drugs.
Test results take approximately 6 to 8 weeks. We'll notify you once the sample is received and update you throughout the process.
You'll receive a saliva sample kit with instructions in Hindi and English. Follow the instructions in the video to collect your sample and send it back to us using the self-addressed envelope provided.
If your sample is contaminated or unsuitable, we will contact you to request a new sample. An additional cost of approximately Rs. 1500 for the sample kit will apply.
We inform you via email or WhatsApp throughout the testing process, including when we receive your sample.
Once the report is generated, we'll send you a soft copy of PDF via email and WhatsApp for your convenience.
There is no age limit for the test. It is possible to collect blood or saliva samples from a newborn baby. If a child is capable of spitting saliva into the collection kit, the test can be performed.
Yes, Clients can request a physical copy of their test results. Each physical copy costs Rs.2500, additional courier and GST may apply.
